Robert Guerra | President
Robert started with RPI Plastics over 25 years ago working as a
Machine Operator. He was quickly moved up in rank working as a
Hopper-loader, a Molding Assistant, a Shipping Clerk and eventually
became the Shipping Supervisor for many years before acquiring the
company in 2004. Robert is now the President and CEO of L.W.
Reinhold Plastics

Hilda Guerra | Vice
President
Hilda has been with the company since 2004. She is our Vice
President and CFO. She handles all account receivables, employee
benefits and oversees all Financial and H.R. operations.

Everett Woolum |
Engineering Manager
Everett has been with our company since 2007, and has been in the
plastics and composites industries most of his life beginning his
career in a family owned aerospace composites company. Everett has
worked his way through the ranks in various aspects of the
manufacturing process. He has extensive experience and knowledge in
Injection Molding, Compression Molding, Thermoforming, and Mold
Making. He oversees all Manufacturing and Engineering operations
performed at RPI Plastics. He directly monitors and controls the
Quality Control Department and the Mold Shop and he is our Primary
Customer Liaison.

Armando Guerra |
Production Planner
Armando has been with RPI Plastics for over 6 years, beginning as a
Shipping Clerk and is now our Production Planner. Armando is
responsible for the scheduling of all our manufacturing operations
and oversees both Inventory Control as well as our JIT system.

Carmen Guerra |
Accounting
Carmen Guerra is the Office Manager and Accountant in charge
Accounts Payable and is our active H.R. Representative. She has been
with L.W. Reinhold Plastics since 2005.

Brenda Guerra |
Administrative Assistant
Brenda has been our Administrative Assistant since 2005 and is our
primary Customer Service Representative. She is responsible for all
Production Orders, Purchase Orders, Change Orders and Invoicing.

Hugo Escalera
|Production Manager
Hugo has been in the plastics industry for over 33 years and has
been with us for 22 years. He began his career in Maintenance
learning every aspect of the Injection Molding Machine and
eventually the Process. He is well-rounded and highly experienced.
He is now our Production Manager overseeing all Production and
Molding Operations.

Tony Hernandez |
Maintenance Manager
Tony has been with us for over 13 years working in multiple areas
such as the Mold Shop, Inventory Control, Shipping and Maintenance.
He is in charge of maintaining not just our equipment, but our
facilities as well. He is also responsible for ensuring our
company's compliance with all OSHA and EPA regulations.

Ricardo Guerra |
Finishing Manager
Ricardo has been with our company since 2006 working in finishing
and is now the Finishing Manager. He directly supervises all
finishing and secondary operations and he also assists with
Inventory Control.

Jose Lopez | Molding
Supervisor
Jose
has been with RPI Plastics for15 years starting off as a Machine
Operator and is now the Molding Supervisor. He is responsible for
Setups and Start-ups and he directly assists the Production Manager
in supervising the Molding Department
